6. Your Photo Privacy

6.1 Photo Storage

• Your uploaded photos are stored securely in your private account
• Only you can access your uploaded and generated photos
• Photos are encrypted in storage
• Photos are never made public without your explicit consent

6.2 AI Processing

• Photos are sent to our AI provider for processing
• AI processing is done in real-time and photos are not retained by the AI
• No human reviews your photos unless you request support

6.3 Photo Deletion

• You can delete your photos at any time from your dashboard
• Deleted photos are permanently removed from our systems
• Account deletion removes all associated photos

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

8. Social Media Integrations

Tryly's Schedule & Post feature connects to Instagram and Facebook through Meta's official APIs. We access Instagram through the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Pages through the Facebook Pages API. We only request the permissions necessary for content publishing and account display.

Data Collected

When you connect your accounts to Tryly's Schedule & Post feature, we collect:

Instagram:

• Account information: username, account ID, profile picture, account type
• OAuth access tokens (to publish content on your behalf)
• Published post IDs (to track post status)

Facebook Pages:

• Page information: Page name, Page ID, profile picture, category
• Page access tokens (to publish content to your Page)
• Published post IDs (to track post status)
• List of Pages you manage (to let you choose which Pages to connect)

How We Use This Data

• To publish photos and videos to your Instagram account and Facebook Pages at your chosen date and time
• To display your connected accounts and Pages in the Tryly dashboard
• To monitor connection health and notify you of any issues

Data Retention

• Access tokens: Stored (encrypted) for the duration of your account connection
• Scheduled content: Deleted 30 days after publishing or cancellation
• Account and Page data: Deleted within 30 days of disconnection or deletion request
• Publish logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging

Deleting Your Social Media Data

You can request deletion of your Instagram and Facebook data at any time by:

• Disconnecting your account or Page in Tryly settings
• Requesting account deletion at support@tryly.ai
• Through Instagram's or Facebook's app settings (triggers our automated data deletion callback)

All social media data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.

9. Data Retention

• Account data: For as long as your account is active
• Photos: Until you delete them or close your account
• Transaction records: As required by law (typically 7 years)
• Social media data: See Section 8 above for platform-specific retention periods
