Important Notice: All generated photos are AI-created and use artificial intelligence technology. The models featured in generated images are not real people and are entirely created by AI.

3. Credit System and Payment

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are purchased in packages (Starter, Professional, Business)
  • Each photo generation consumes one (1) credit
  • Credits never expire once purchased
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. By purchasing credits on Tryly.ai, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Tryly.ai operates a no refund policy for all credit purchases and services.

This means:

  • Once you purchase credits, the sale is final
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts
  • Unused credits remain in your account but cannot be refunded
  • Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund

4.2 Rationale

  • Digital Service: Once credits are used to generate photos, the AI processing has been completed and cannot be reversed
  • Instant Delivery: You receive generated photos immediately, making the service non-returnable
  • Free Trial Available: We offer free credits to test the service before purchasing
  • Fair Pricing: Our credits are already priced at 99% less than traditional photoshoots
  • Credits Never Expire: Your purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely

4.3 Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Granted

We do NOT issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the service after purchasing
  • Dissatisfaction with Results: If you're unhappy with the quality of generated photos (you can regenerate with different settings)
  • Unused Credits: If you purchased credits but haven't used them yet
  • Better Price Found: If you find a competitor with lower pricing
  • Service Cancellation: If you decide to stop using the service
  • Account Closure: If you close your account voluntarily or due to terms violations
  • Technical Learning Curve: If you need time to learn how to use the service effectively
  • Upload Mistakes: If you accidentally uploaded the wrong photos
  • Business Changes: If your business needs change and you no longer need the service

4.4 Credit Restoration

While we do not offer monetary refunds, we will restore credits to your account in these specific cases:

  • Failed Generations: If the AI fails to generate a photo due to system errors, credits are automatically restored
  • Technical Errors: If our service has a technical issue preventing generation, credits will be returned
  • Duplicate Charges: If you're accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, we'll restore the duplicate charge as credits
  • Service Outages: If credits are consumed during a service outage, they'll be restored

Note: Credit restoration means credits are returned to your account balance, not as a monetary refund.

All generated photos are AI-created:

  • While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally have imperfections
  • Results depend on the quality of your uploaded product photos
  • We do not guarantee specific results or exact replication of your expectations

Photo Standards:

  • All generated photos are provided in HD quality (600×600 pixels)
  • We maintain professional standards for all AI-generated content
  • Photos are suitable for commercial use on e-commerce platforms
  • Quality may vary based on input photo quality and complexity

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service responsibly and professionally:

  • Upload only fashion and clothing product photos
  • Do not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Do not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer our AI technology
  • Do not use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content
  • Respect intellectual property rights when uploading product photos

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. Commercial Rights and Licensing

You receive full commercial rights to all generated photos:

  • Use generated photos on your website, social media, and marketing materials
  • No attribution required
  • No model releases needed (as models are AI-generated)
  • Unlimited usage rights for commercial purposes

Restrictions:

  • You may not resell or redistribute the Service itself

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
