By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. This policy is clearly stated at checkout and in our Terms of Service.

  • Digital services cannot be "returned" like physical products
  • Server resources and AI processing costs are incurred immediately

  • Credits are allocated to your account instantly upon payment

What This Means For You

When You Subscribe:

  • Payment is processed immediately and cannot be reversed
  • Credits are added to your account instantly
  • You have full access to the service for the entire billing period

When You Cancel:

  • Future charges are stopped immediately
  • Current period payment is not refunded
  • Service continues until the end of your paid period
  • Credits remain available until period ends

When You Downgrade:

  • Change takes effect at the next billing cycle
  • Current period continues at current plan level
  • No partial refund for price difference

EU & UK Customers - Withdrawal Rights

Important Notice for European and UK Customers:

Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. However, this right does not apply to Tryly.ai because:

  • You explicitly request immediate access to our digital service
  • You receive instant access to AI technology upon subscription
  • You acknowledge losing withdrawal rights when service begins
  • Digital content is not supplied on a tangible medium

By subscribing, you consent to immediate service and waive your withdrawal rights.

Limited Exceptions

While our no-refund policy is strict, we may review the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges: Same amount charged twice in error
  • Technical failure: Service completely unavailable for entire month
  • Unauthorized charges: Account activated without your knowledge

Note: These exceptions are at our sole discretion and require contacting support@tryly.ai within 24 hours of the charge. Most cases do not qualify for exceptions.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

For Shopify Users:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. You'll be redirected to Shopify admin
  4. Cancel the subscription in Shopify billing

For WordPress/Other Users:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Receive confirmation email

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel my trial?

A: No. We send reminder emails before trial ends. All paid subscriptions are non-refundable.

Q: What if I didn't use any credits this month?

A: Usage doesn't affect our refund policy. Credits are allocated immediately upon payment.

Q: Can I get a partial refund if I cancel mid-month?

A: No. You keep access until period ends but no partial refunds are provided.

Q: What if the service doesn't work as expected?

Q: Can I dispute the charge with my bank?

A: Filing a chargeback may result in permanent account ban and collection proceedings. Please contact support@tryly.ai first.

Important Notices

Credits: Monthly credits don't roll over. Unused credits have no cash value.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

Record Keeping: We maintain detailed logs of service usage and policy acceptance for dispute resolution.

Policy Updates: This policy may be updated. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
