Troubleshooting

Widget Not Showing

Verify you have an active subscription in Dashboard → Billing
Check that you have credits remaining (not showing 0/X)
Ensure the product is clothing (tops or bottoms only)
Clear browser cache and hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R)
Check browser console for errors (F12 → Console tab)

Credits Not Updating

Credits reset on your billing date, not the 1st of the month
Check Dashboard for your next reset date
Upgrade your plan for more credits when you run out
Refresh the page to see updated credit count

Try-On Not Working

Ensure uploaded photo shows full body (head to toe)
Person should be facing forward, not sideways
Good lighting improves results significantly
File size should be under 10MB
Processing takes 10-15 seconds - please wait

Common Error Messages

"402 - Payment Required": All credits exhausted. Upgrade plan or wait for monthly reset.
"Invalid merchant key": Check your merchant key in Dashboard → Settings.
"Product not supported": Item is not clothing. Only tops and bottoms work.
"Processing failed": Try a different photo or contact support if persists.

After making any widget customization changes, you MUST click the "Save Settings" button in the Widget Designer for changes to appear on your product pages. Changes are not applied automatically.
